Robert Quinn

Robert Quinn is considered to be the most important authority in the field of change management worldwide.

He holds the Margaret Elliott Tracy Collegiate Professorship of Business Administration and is Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the Graduate School of Business, University of Michigan.
He is one of the co-founders of the Center for Positive Organizational Scholarship. Quinn'’s research and teaching focus on change and effectiveness within organisations.

He is particularly known for his competing values framework, which is recognised as one of the 40 most important models in the history of business.

He has published 15 books. The following three books make up a trilogy relating to change:

erover loopt (2004)

'Lift' was published in the Dutch market in 2009.

His 'Becoming a master manager' has now become a standard work in preparing future managers for their complex and dynamic tasks.
